The goal of this U.S. Department of Commerce, NOAA funded project is to develop the capability to track fire fighters inside burning buildings. The goal of the initial system is to be able to track at least 25 fire fighters with a position accuracy on the order of a meter. Maximum range is several hundred feet. Time Domain Corp is the subcontractor for this project.
