Over lunch, the IAI social committee hosted a White Elephant Re-Gift Exchange. Employees were encouraged to re-wrap an unwanted gift that they had received this year to trade. All of the gifts were bundled together and numbers were distributed to anyone participating. Whomever picked number 1 chose a present from the pile and unwrapped it. The player with number 2 then could steal the gift from the first player or could choose to unwrap a new gift. This continued until every number had been called and all gifts had been unwrapped. Gifts could only be stolen three times before it was locked to the person holding it.
