Mind and Body Wellness Program

This fall IAI kicks off our new Mind and Body Wellness Program! We’ll meet twice a month to learn and practice activities that reduce stress and improve the health of both body and mind. In addition to yoga, we’ll be guided in meditation, mindfulness techniques, core walking, functional movement for strength and balance, and nutrition (smoothie day!), among others. All IAI employees are encouraged to join in for the health benefits and the fun!
