ROCKVILLE, Md — Jan. 7, 2020 — Intelligent Automation, Incorporated (IAI), a technology innovation company, announced today that it has been awarded a contract by the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) to design a crowdsourcing framework to carry out a ground truth validation of automated video quality assessment based on the NGA Motion Imagery Standards Board (MISB) criteria for video interpretability.
In this contract, IAI will design ground truth experiments and propose metrics for measuring the consistency of outputs between human analysts, and for comparing human analyst performance with results from an automated system. IAI will develop a software tool and database to organize workflows and store results.
