ROCKVILLE, Md. — Jan. 21, 2020 — Intelligent Automation, Incorporated (IAI), a technology innovation company, announced today that it has been awarded a follow-on contract by the U.S. Navy to develop miniature S-band phased array transceiver electronics for airborne radar systems.
In this contract, IAI will engineer transceiver electronics which are capable of generating a 360-degree electronic scan for surveillance purposes. The IAI team will be addressing the unique challenge of developing an 8 cubic inch electronic package capable of simultaneously handling high power density requirements and meeting military rugedization standards.
