IAI’s PTSD SleepAid program, which helps service members better cope with PTSD symptoms, was featured in an article in the Orlando Sentinel. In partnership with Dr. Deborah Beidel and her UCF RESTORES clinic, the IAI team has created an app which educates Army veterans through a game called “Restful Journey” about their sleep behavior. The app encourages improvement to sleep hygiene and estimates sleep cycles and circadian rhythm by collecting light and activity data from IAI’s DeLux sensors.
