ROCKVILLE, Md.—January 6, 2020—Intelligent Automation, Incorporated (IAI), a technology innovation company, announced today that it has been awarded a contract by the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) to develop new technologies for imagery enabling detection and identification of threats hidden within concrete or similarly dense structures.
In this contract, IAI will explore the development of a new algorithm, based on the concept of multiphase level set technique, to reconstruct the shapes, locations and constitutive parameters of hidden objects inside the building walls using measurement data collected at far distances.
